Annalee Ash
After Covid retired Annalee from 25 years in color and design, and 25 in hospitality, she was able to follow her true passion in the fine arts. Moving to New Bern to be with family, has introduced her to a wonderful world of enthusiastic creatives who support, nurture teach and encourage one another's talents. Annalee's works can be seen in the Community Arts Gallery & Studios (CAGS), Persimmons, Aerie Bed & Breakfast, The Cow Cafe, numerous exhibits at Bank of the Arts and other locations. She truly enjoys engaging the community, young and older, to participate and volunteer in all arts, especially the annual NC Plein Air Art Festival held in May. Annalee has donated her works to Habitat for Humanity, Tried by Fire- My Sister's House, Hesed and other non-profits. Annalee welcomes everyone to visit her to see where the magic and inspiration for her serene landscapes and sanctuaries happen.
