Paula Hissett

Paula Hissett began her weaving journey using a rigid heddle loom 25 years ago. Since then she has been involved in on-line classes and studied many weaving structures leading to intricate patterns and color combinations. Paula currently has several looms to explore patterns and showcase many types of yarn and fibers. Her work is a combination of fiber arts including to weaving, dyeing fiber, knitting and crocheting. Her work may be seen at The Community Artist Gallery & Studios and the Tryon Palace Museum Store in New Bern, North Carolina.
